Two-time Emmy award-winner and four-time Annie award nominee Andy Bialk has been working in the Animation Industry for 30 years. Earning a BA from Loyola Marymount University in 1993, Andy has acted as Lead Character Designer, Visual Development Artist, Storyboard Artist/Writer, Children’s Book Illustrator, Creative Director & Art Director working in every capacity of the Animation Industry from preschool, television, feature film, theme parks & marketing/merch. He has collaborated with Disney, Sony, Illumination, Dreamworks, Paramount, Warner Bros, Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network on a wide range of projects, including the 2019 Academy Award winner Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, Ultraman: Rising (Gamma Man), Under The Boardwalk, Minions: The Rise of Gru, The LEGO Movie 1 & 2, The Emoji Movie, The SpongeBob Movie, The Book Of Life, Madagascar 2, How To Train Your Dragon, Shrek 4, and Megamind. In Television, the Mickey Mouse shorts, Dragons: Riders of Berk, The Ricky Gervais cartoon, Star Wars: Clone Wars, Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends, Samurai Jack, The Powerpuff Girls and Dexter's Laboratory among others. Andy is currently acting as Adjunct Professor at PNCA (Pacific Northwest College of Art) and CalArts (California Institute of the Arts).
